Direct Deposit

Direct Deposit allows you to have your entire paycheck or other recurring check (such as Social Security) to be deposited directly into your F.C.B. account. Contact your HR or payroll department today to set up Direct Deposit. Print the Direct Deposit Authorization Form to bring to your HR/payroll department. F.C.B. can help you sign up for direct deposit if you are a recipient of a federal government payment.

E-Statements

Electronic Statements are the most convenient and most environmentally friendly way to receive your monthly bank statements. You no longer have to wait for the mail to reconcile your F.C.B. accounts. You don't have to keep stacks and stacks of statements at home and try to keep up with filing them anymore. With Internet access and a few simple clicks, you have control of when and where you receive your account statements.

Each time we prepare a statement for an account that you have selected for e-Statements, we will send you an email letting you know that it's available. Simply click on the link in your email message, or go to www.stifelbankstl.com and navigate to e-Statements. Log in with your User Name and Password, select the account you want to view, and there it is; a statement of your account activity including images of all your checks. What you do next is up to you! Save, send, copy or print, the choice is yours!

To sign up for e-Statements, you must first sign up for online banking.

While viewing your account activity in Account Access, simply click on the "Online Statement" button; read the online statement agreement and click on "I Agree."

Image Statements

Image statements are printed "pictures" of your cancelled checks that can be included with your monthly statement.* Check imaging technology allows you to reconcile your account with checks in sequential order while making record keeping and retention easier. Printed check images are available for certain types of accounts.
